A: When you see a letter next to a plan number, it indicates that there is more than one version of this floorplan available. There may be an alternate layout, a different rendering (2D or 3D), or another option for viewing the plan.

Q: Will the plans meet my country's building codes?
A: Every country, state, province, city, and subdivision has its own set of codes and regulations. These plans have been drawn to specifications published by the IBC and are designed to meet or exceed national building standards. However, our plans are sold worldwide and they may not meet the specific codes and regulations of your area. Please make sure to bring the plans to your local architect or engineer for review before proceeding with the project.

Q: How is the surface area calculated on your plans?
A: The square meter or square footage indicated on our plans is specific to the actual inside space . We do not include the outside walls and demising walls or portion of them in our surface calculation.
